Kwara United defender Isaiah Ejeh has called for the support of all Kwarans for his team’s coming NPFL Matchday 26 duel against league leaders, Rivers United.

Coach Abdullahi Biffo and his warriors will on Sunday at the Main-Boel of the Kwara State Stadium Complex, host Rivers United in what is expected to be a challenging battle in Ilorin.

Rivers United have been impressive this season in the NPFL with many already tipping them to win the League title at the end of the season.

Also, the Port Harcourt based giants have not lost a League game in Ilorin against Kwara United in the last 8 years which will make Sunday’s tie a big cracker.

Speaking ahead of the encounter to Kwara United Media Team, Isaiah Ejeh stated clearly that he and his teammates know how big the game against Rivers United will be, adding that they are ready to pick the maximum three points.

“They are League leaders and they are doing well this season, but we are ready for them because it’s a must for us to get the three points and make Kwarans happy,” the strong defender explained.

Ejeh Isaiah joined Kwara United in 2019 from EFCC Football Club, and he has been impressive so far in his department.

Kwara United currently occupies the 6th position on the NPFL table, and a win against Rivers United could take them to 4th.
