He described Adebayo Olalenge as a visionary partner whose style of adminstration will yield  positive results in the forseeable future.

Thuraya, as he’s fondly call, also commended the Secretary of Ekiti FA, Idowu B.S and other board members for rallying behind Mr Olalenge as he advice on the need for sacrifices at crucial times to enhance the running of the administration.

He similarly declared that his board will work hand in hand with their Ekiti counterparts in accomplishing their mission and vision for football development in Ekiti especially in setting up a football Secretariat in the state

Chairman of Ekiti FA, Adebayo Kehinde Olalenge who led the delegation to Ilorin said his board was convinced that Kwara FA led by Malam Idris Abdullahi Musa has the tools for efficient running of football operations which inform their decision towards the visit.

Adebayo, a board member of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), praised the giants strides of Kwara FA since it’s inauguration, and said that late legend, Rashidi Yekini and the rest are enough to identify with Kwara.

“We’ve read on papers and heard a lot, but we decided to come and see how things are being set before we get going, and we want to use this opportunity to tell Kwara FA that we want a relationship where our cadet and female teams would come to camp, play and feel the environment in your state.

“We want to use Kwara  light to see in our own darkness” Adebayo Olalenge concluded.

Hajia Segilola Alaya, board member of Kwara FA in her thoughts, expressed delight at the visitation by Ekiti FA and pledges her commitment in establishing a working synergy between female football teams in Kwara and Ekiti state.
