Sports Analyst, Adeyemi Adewale publishes Mathematics Books

Creativity they say, is the key to  development .The aforementioned cliche best capture the achievements of Adewale Adeyemi as he publishes his first set Mathematics text books. 

The Mathematics book 4 and 5 for Primary School Pupils, which was jointly written by Adeyemi and Omotayo A.B has been approved by the Ministry of Education, Kwara State.

It was published in line with the new National Education Regulation and Development Commission (NERDC) 9 -year Basic Education Curriculum.

In a chat with a Sportspro news correspondent, the passionate sports reporter described the book as a comprehensive and detailed one that will serve the teachers and pupils easily in the teaching and learning process of Mathematics against the popular belief of mystery around the subject.

Adeyemi, a graduate of Mathematics from the University of Ilorin, who hails from Ode Omu in Osun State revealed that the decision to write the book, which was published by Top Star Publishing Company was inspired by the CEO and Publisher of Sportspro News, Bayour Issah.

“We were on a sports trip for Top Star Cup last year when Bayour Issah introduced me to the Publisher as a graduate of Mathematics. I am sure that’s where he picked the interest in me as he later asked me to write a book”. he said in his words.

Against the background of his future projects, he believes that there must be a continued efforts to grasp with the dynamics of Education as regards pupils understanding in order to inspire more contents.

Expressing his delight at the achievements, he thanked the Publisher, Pastor Omotayo for the opportunity to materialise his talent in contributing to the development of Education in the country.

“Thank you will not be enough for Pastor Omotayo. It is a great platform as he made me to see something I didn’t see in my self writing Mathematics” he remarked.

Acknowledging the motivation and contribution of the ace sportscaster, Bayour Issah towards publishing the book, he described him as the foundation  that established the connection with the Publisher.

Adewale, who was a mathematics teacher in ilorin is a correspondent of Sportspro News and Sports Analyst at Royal FM, Ilorin. He is currently the Director of Media,  AMAPRO Football Championship, one of the notable Pre-season tournament in the country.
