Nigeria Squash Federation has commended Kwara Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbduilRazaq for the creation of the Kwara State Sports Commission, and as well, appointing Mallam Bola Mogaji as its Executive Chairman.
In a letter to the Governor, signed by the Secretary General of the Federation, Fabunmi Evelyn, and dated August 27th, 2021, the Federation described the Governor as a trailblazer.
“Your Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, it was a sober moment for us in the Nigeria Squash Federation, when we learnt you have created Kwara State Sports Commission, and it was mind blowing when you appointed one of us, Mallam Bola Mogaji as the Executive Chairman of the Commission”, the letter read in part.
“You are a trailblazer at the frontline of ensuring that sports remain a vibrant activity for our youth and community. We are totally overwhelmed by your generosity, and the king support you have always accorded us”
“The choice of Mallam Mogaji, a former board member of the Squash Federation and a coach is indeed, well thought out, and we believe he merited it, going by his track records”
They commended the Governor for his total support to sports development, especially squash.
