The management of Kwara Ladies Football Club of Ilorin has sent congratulatory message to the Stadium Manager of Kwara state, Prince Wale Obalola following his election as the Vice President of the Nigeria Cricket Association.
A statement issued through the Club Media Officer, Nusirat Popoola Yekini, said that the Chairman of Kwara Ladies United FC, Mohammed Jimoh Daudu congratulated Prince Wale Obalola for emerging as the Vice President of NCA, describing it as an evidence to his commitments to sports development.
He commended the efforts of the Prince Obalola and his dogged determination in repositioning cricket in Kwara state, through his continuous support to the athletes.
Daudu also restated the management’s pledge in ensuring prince Obalola’s efforts will not go unnoticed, as they wished him a successful tenure as an executive member of Nigeria Cricket Federation.
It would be recalled that the new executive members of the Nigeria Cricket Association (NCA}, emerged yesterday after election in Abuja, as the Prince Obalola emerged Vice President of the body.
Mallam Daudu also congratulate the Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission, pointing out that his appointment comes with good development for Kwara in sports.
