Members of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Kwara State Chapter, have felicitated High Chief Alloy Chukwuemeka, the Nwachigoziri I, and his wife, Chief Mrs. Lolo Helen Nkechi Chukwuemeka (JP), on the occasion of their golden jubilee celebrations.

According to a statement signed by the Chairman of Kwara SWAN, Ayodeji Ismail, today Sunday June 28, 2026, the association described the couple as exemplary personalities whose lives have been dedicated to service, excellence, community development, and the advancement of sports and humanity.

The association particularly lauded Chief Chukwuemeka for his immense contributions to football administration, sports journalism, youth empowerment, and grassroots sports development across Nigeria.

SWAN noted that his commitment, leadership qualities and the passion for the growth of sports have earned him respect and admiration within and beyond the sporting community.

Kwara SWAN also paid glowing tribute to Mrs. Lolo Chukwuemeka (JP), describing her as a virtuous, supportive, and compassionate woman whose unwavering encouragement and sacrifices have complemented her husband’s achievements over the years.

The association noted that her steadfast support on the home front has provided the enabling environment for Chief Chukwuemeka to excel in his professional and community engagements.

“Behind every successful man is a supportive partner, and Mrs. Lolo Chukwuemeka has consistently demonstrated this through her dedication to family values, community service, and her commitment to standing by her husband through the various stages of his remarkable journey,” the statement read.

The association further stated that the joint celebration of their 50th birthdays is not only a milestone but also a testament to God’s grace, enduring partnership, mutual respect, and a life of impactful service to society.

Kwara SWAN prayed for continued good health, divine favour, and greater accomplishments for the celebrants, expressing confidence that their years ahead would be filled with more remarkable achievements and blessings.
