Kwara United Volleyball team storms Kaduna for Division 1 Championship

Players of Kwara United Volleyball team have been charged to be disciplined, focused and determined as they prepare for the National Division 1 Volleyball Championship slated for Kaduna state.

The Chairman of Kwara State Volleyball Association, Bashorun   Kayode Bankole gave the charge yesterday in Ilorin, while addressing the players and officials of the team who are in camp ahead of the Championship.

Bashorun Bankole, who assured them of the association’s support towards a good outing in Kaduna stressed the importance of the competition as it’s a qualifier to the National Premier Volleyball League.

He expressed satisfaction with the level of preparation of the team and urged them not to derail to guarantee their qualification.

Bashorun Bankole however commended the National Board of the Nigeria Volleyball for their untiring efforts in ensuring that the Nigeria Volleyball team feature in Tokyo Olympics.

He also commended Kwara state Goveror, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for raising the bar in sports and youth development.

Kwara United Volleyball male and female teams will feature in the National Division 1 League billed for Kaduna between May 22nd to 30th.
