The Chief Executive Officer of Cyteck Engineering, Engr. Ahmed Olaide, the sponsor of the Cyteck Man of the Match (MOTM) award for Kwara United’s home games in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), has reaffirmed his company’s commitment to supporting the Harmony Boys as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the host community.

Engr. Olaide made this known while speaking with sports journalists shortly after presenting the Cyteck Man of the Match award to Junior Aimufua, following Kwara United’s 3–1 victory over Remo Stars in Ilorin on Saturday.

Engr Ahmed emphasized that Kwara United remains a source of pride and heritage for the state, and called for consistent backing from all stakeholders to help the team succeed in the ongoing league campaign and future competitions.

The Cyteck boss also noted that while criticism is a normal aspect of football, it should be constructive and aimed at motivating rather than discouraging the players and technical crew.

He appealed to fans to remain united and continue to support the team wholeheartedly.

With the win against Remo Stars, Kwara United extended their unbeaten run to four matches and will now focus on two consecutive away fixtures, against Nasarawa United and El-Kanemi Warriors, in Matchdays 12 and 13 respectively.
