Former Kwara United Board member completes management course at NIS

Former Kwara United Board member, Abdulkadir Mohammed Saheed has completed a Sports Management course at the National Institute for Sports (NIS), hoping to add value to the system in Kwara state.

While expressing delight at the completion of the course, Saheed said that Sport Management is a very good course for every Manager in sports business, adding that it enlightens extensively on the real roles of a Sports Manager.

The former Welfare Officer of Kwara United also during this course, attended a Leadership Training School at Apapa Sea School, where we underwent series of training and lectures on management and administration.

“I’m very happy for completing the course. I give God the glory. On completing this course, I am now more informed, more organized, coordinated and ready to deliver if given the opportunity.

“My experience at NIS has been full of exciting and unpredictable moments, much like a rollercoaster ride. I met great Coaches and Managers in Nigerian sports industry, the likes of Austin Eguaveon, Peter Rufai, Jide Oguntuase and others.

“My vision is to be part of the Managers that will take Nigeria sports to the topmost level in the nearest future. And my mission is to discover the best talents in the world and impact sports practitioners’ life positively”, he concluded.
