Kwara United Football Club has consoled the management, playing and non-playing staff of Doma United over the accident involving the bus conveying the team.

Doma United were involved in road accident this morning on their way back to their base, Gombe state from Owerri, after their NPFL Matchday 35 encounter with Heartland FC yesterday.

The incident, according to reports, occurred along the Makurdi-Lafia Expressway. Many players sustained various degrees of injuries, but no life was lost.

In a message from Kwara United, and signed by the General Manager, Bashir Badawiy, they extended their heartfelt wishes for speedy recovery to the players and officials of Doma United FC.

“We at Kwara United extend our prayers and wish all those that are affected speedy recovery. We equally thank Almighty Allah that no lives was lost.
