“Sunday Dare laid the solid foundation for this wonderful achievement with the way he sanitised  the Nigeria Basketball Federation and look at today the result is positive” he stated.

The President of the Nigeria Basketball Federation, Musa Kida has also praised the immediate past Sports Minister after the team’s triumph in Rwanda.

This year’s victory by D’Tigress is record breaking as the Nigerian Ladies have become only the second team ever, after Senegal to win four consecutive titles.
