The Kwara state chapter of the Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON) has appreciated the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Kwara state chapter for considering the Federation as one the awardees at its Award Night held yesternight at Kwara Hotel Limited.
The Federation’s Chairman, Prince Ademola Kiyesola in statement made available by its Media Officer, Yusuf Feruke noted that the Award means a lot to YSFON, as it shows that programs of the Federation is the right direction.
The statement sees the award as a result of the good collaboration between the two bodies and as recognition of YSFON activities.
It also noted that the Award will spur the Federation to exploit more grounds in its grassroots sports development programs for mere success stories.
The statement congratulated SWAN for successful celebration of its Award Night titled ‘Celebration of Excellence’ as it wished it more success in its future endeavours.
