The National League Club Owners and Managers Association (NALCOMA), through its President, Godwin Enakhena, has extended warm Easter greetings to all clubs participating in the Nigeria National League (NNL), urging them to embrace the enduring values of the season.

In a goodwill message released to mark the Easter celebration, Enakhena called on club administrators, players, and officials to reflect on the virtues of sacrifice, discipline, unity, and fair play, principles that define both the Christian season and the spirit of football.

He emphasized that the Easter period serves as a reminder of renewal and hope, charging NNL clubs to “use the spirit of the season as decreed” by fostering harmony, respect, and integrity in all their engagements on and off the pitch.

The NALCOMA President also commended the clubs for their resilience and professionalism despite the numerous challenges confronting the league.

He particularly praised their commitment to sportsmanship, noting that their conduct has continued to elevate the image of the competition.

“Your dedication to fair play and your ability to remain sportsmanlike, even in difficult circumstances, is highly commendable. This attitude is what sustains the growth and credibility of our league,” Enakhena stated.

He further encouraged stakeholders to remain steadfast as the season draws to a close, expressing optimism that Nigerian football will continue to witness growth through collective efforts and adherence to the core values of the game.

He concluded by wishing all NNL clubs a peaceful and fulfilling Easter celebration, urging them to carry forward the lessons of the season into the remainder of the campaign.
