Players of Kwara United FC have been charged to embrace professionalism and remain focused, as they enter the last phase of preparations for the forthcoming Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.

Speaking to the players and the technical crew this morning ahead of their departure for Ijebu-Ode for Prince Dapo Abiodun Pre-Season football competition, the Chairman, Kumbi Titiloye said that the outcome of the on-going Ogunjobi Cup in Ilorin means that they need to put in more efforts.

‘I assessed the team in the Ogunjobi Gold Cup, and I discovered that we need to be more focused, especially as we approach the commencement of the 2020/2021 NPFL season’, he said.

‘This has to do much with what you do in training, and what you also do after training. You need to train more, and also rest well.

‘You need to be more disciplined, because if you are not, you cannot do anything meaningful in life. You need to think about your future before it’s too late.
