Chairman of Super Eagles Supporters Club (SESC), Kwara United Chapter, Architect Olubunmi Komolafe Dickalo has said that Kwara United’s 1-0 victory over Nasarawa United tiday, May 7, 2023, at Akure Township Stadium brought joy to him just like it did to every Kwarans.
Architect Dickalo, who watched the match at the spectators stand said the Technical Adviser of Kwara United, Coach Kabiru Dogo rescued the team from relegation with the available players.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the fastest selling bottled water in the North Central revealed that he had confidence in the boys scoring a goal in the match.
He said, “Today is one of my happiest days because when we played for 75 minutes, I was meditating, hoping that the dream of scoring a goal would come true.
“I give glory to God that when the goal came in, it brought joy to the hearts of the fans present at the Akure Township Stadium.”
Dickalo, a philanthropist and chief supporter of the club, advised the management to use the forthcoming Pre-Season as a means of restructuring the whole team.
The Chairman of Dickalo Football Club said, “I thank God that Kwara United is going higher in the NPFL. Kabiru Dogo is a fantastic coach; he used the players available.
“I am urging Kwara United to reshuffle and restructure their team next season. I am confident the team will not struggle again after scaling this phase”
With the win over Nasarawa United, Kwara United will battle Remo Stars in their last match of the Abridged League next Sunday.
