Having displayed his dexterity as a Sports Lawyer, redefining the practice of the less travelled path of Sports Law in Nigeria, Pelumi Olajengbesi Esq. is set take his expertise and knowledge into football administration, vying for a Board position in the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF).
He has been active in the circles of sports and football especially, working and representing clients up till the apex sports adjudicatory body, Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS), sitting in Switzerland.
Barrister Pelumi, amongst many other feathers on his cap has participated in the drafting of various legal instruments for the advancement of Sports Law, as well as sports in Nigeria, Africa and the expansion of international frontiers.
He has now expressed that, now, more than ever he is persuaded, and that this is the time to delve into deeper waters to continually contribute to sports development in Nigeria, from the office of being a Board Member in the NFF.
Barrister Pelumi says his training, background, experience and passion for football will be brought to the fore, in order to move Nigeria into the next pedestal in the game.
Having bought his nomination form, he reiterated that after working for good number of years in the grassroots, it’s time to work for the good of the game at this level, while co-creating an atmosphere for progress.
