Minister of Youth and Sports Development in Nigeria, Sunday Dare, has lauded the outstanding contributions of the immediate past Director of Sports in Kwara State, Coach Tunde Kazeem to the huge success the sector achieved in recent time.
Minister expressed this in the congratulatory letter to Coach Kazeem and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Gabriel Aduda.
The letter read in part:
“The Ministry could not have recorded huge success and the landmark achievements in the last ten years without your immense contributions and efforts
“your exemplary personality made it possible for the ministry to organise and achieve success in most of its sporting programmes and activities especially in council of sports meetings, National Sports Festivals and National Youth Games”
The minister noted that Coach Kazeem’s humility, hard work, honesty and selflessness propelled him to the enviable position of the Director of Sports and the Chairman, Director of Sports Forum for many years during which the ministry enjoyed and recorded landmark achievements.
The Minister wished Coach Tunde more successes in his future endeavours, adding that the ministry would continue to seek for his support and guidance when the need arises.
