Phreestyle Sport, the organizers of 2022 Charity Cup soccer fiesta has extended their appreciation to those responsible for a hitch-free event that saw dignitaries gracing it.
The soccer exhibition that was played between Kwara Professionals and top personalities from various field of endeavors was to help the helpless and give hope to the hopeless as well as raising funds and material resources for the needy.
Brain Behind the Charity Cup, Shogo Shodunnke told newsmen that the colorful event lived more than expectation, promising to build on it and called for more support from relevant stakeholders.
“We are grateful for a successful and colorful Charity Cup. It was indeed a showpiece that lived more than what we expected.
“We’d like to appreciate the Kwara State Sports Commission, Kwara State Football Association, Mr. Godwin Adeoye, Architect Bunmi Dickalo, Abraysport International, Mr. Mathew BDM First Bank Nigeria Limited, Mr. Andera Danjuma, Mallam Bashir Badawiy, Jimoh Bashir, Sports Flames, Sportspro International, Excel All-Stars Club, Kwara Personalities and Kwara Professionals and many others for their support.
“We believe more organizations would join us in subsequent editions as we hope to give many a reason to live,” he said.
At the end of the match, Kwara Personalities defeated Kwara Professionals by 2-0.
