When Dako Hamad signed for Al Shabab of Medina, in the Saudi Arabia, he knew it wasn’t just another step in his football career—it was an opportunity to prove himself worthy of wearing his country’s national team jersey.

Back home, Ahmed had been a promising youngster who dazzled in the local league with his quick feet, sharp vision, and hunger for goals.

But competition for a spot in the national team was fierce. He needed more than raw talent; he needed a stage where he could showcase consistency and maturity. The Saudi league became that stage.

Hamad had previously played for Rising Stars FC, Murska International FC, Future Stars FC and Santos FC.

Hamad threw himself into training and matches with one goal in mind: to defend, chase his dream with determination. He has scored many goals, and followed it with assists that sealed victories for his side, and his performances have made headlines.
